Jonny has spent over four years with Moxie working one-on-one with high schoolers and prospective law students to craft their application essays. His students have been accepted to many of the top schools in the US.

In college, Jonny worked as a paid consultant for fellow students, helping refine and improve their projects during all stages of the writing process. He was elected to lead a group of consultants focused on outreach to other university writing centers to collaborate and share tutoring strategies across their regional network. He served in this position during his four years at William & Mary, from December 2017 through May 2021 when he graduated summa cum laude with a double major in English and Environmental Policy. His honors thesis earned highest departmental honors from the English Department, and he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Jonny has written three novel-length fiction manuscripts and scripts shows for his podcast network, Soil Day Radio.

He also writes features about a wide variety of games for outlets like Eurogamer, Games Industry, TheGamer, and Nintendo Life.
